An Arash AF8 development car was taken to the Top Gear test track and YouTube user Shmee150 had the opportunity to grab an on-board video.

Arash Cars unveiled the AF8 a couple of months ago with a Corvette Z06-sourced LS7 V8 7.0-liter engine and now the car was put through its paces at the Top Gear test track situated at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey, UK. Although some might say that it looks like a kit car, the AF8 is certainly an evolution in terms of design compared to its predecessor, the AF10, which was clearly derived from the Ferrari Enzo.

The 550 bhp & 640 Nm engine is enough to propel the 1,200 kg AF8 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.5 seconds before topping out at 200 mph (322 km/h). The vehicle was equipped with a titanium exhaust system and a double wishbone suspension while for wheels Arash opted for a 19-inch front & 20-inch rear set wrapped around in Michelin Pilot Cup 2 tires.

Here's also a video with the AF8 performing some donuts and short accelerations.
