Several patent photos of the Landwind E32 have surfaced the web, showing a totally unoriginal design.

It's one thing to "borrow" a few styling ideas from other automakers but it's totally wrong to completely rip-off an entire design. Ironically, these are actually patent photos of the Landwind E32 as owner Jiangling Motor Corporation wants to own the rights for this design.

This is clearly a copy of the five-door Range Rover Evoque from every possible angle and will come out in China in the fourth quarter of the year. It rides on a shorter version of the Landwind X8 and will be offered exclusively with a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine outputting 190 PS (140 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft). The motor will be coupled to either a standard 6-speed manual or an optional 8-speed automatic transmission.

Pricing of the Landwind E32 is estimated to kick off at around 120,000 yuan (19,200 USD / 13,800 EUR / 11,400 GBP).
