Already on sale, the Quantum special edition is available only for the three-door Picanto and is offered exclusively with a Titanium Silver metallic paint. It comes as standard with 15-inch alloys along with automatic AC, smart key entry system with start/stop and adjustable & heated mirrors with LED turn signals. The customers also benefit from a six-speaker sound system, front fog lights, electric sliding and tilting sunroof as well as automatic headlight control.

The Urban Pack is also offered as standard equipment and encompasses LED ambient lightning, rear parking sensors, UV solar windscreen, illuminated driver’s side vanity mirror and a SuperVision instrument cluster.

Under the hood is a tiny 1.25-liter gasoline engine with 84 bhp (63 kW) at 6,000 rpm and 120 Nm (88 lb-ft) at 4,000 rpm. It can work with a standard five-speed manual gearbox (from 11,895 GBP) or with an optional four-speed automatic (from 12,495 GBP).

The manual model does 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 11 seconds on its way to a top speed of 106 mph (170 km/h) and returns 62.8 mpg UK with CO2 emissions of 106 g/km. As for the automatic version, this needs 12.9 seconds for the sprint and tops out at 101 mph (162 km/h) while returning 50.4 mpg UK and emitting 130 g/km of CO2.
