An Austrian mechanic managed to ruin a customer's Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder after taking the supercar for a joyride.

The owner of a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder dropped over his prized possession to 29-year-old mechanic Niklas Schwart from Austria for some minor repairs. It turned out to be a huge mistake as the mechanic decided to take the vehicle for a quick spin along with one of his friends and ended up with the wheels facing the sky.

While accelerating on a wet road surface, the adventurous mechanic lost control of the 560 HP (412 kW) convertible and hit the crash barrier and managed to flip the vehicle so it's now a write-off. The good news is the drive escaped without a scratch, while the passenger suffered only minor head injuries and received the necessary care on the scene of the accident after refusing hospitalization.

No less than 14 firemen were in charge of putting the totaled Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder back on its wheels.
