A recent rumor indicates BMW will introduce an M5 30th anniversary edition along with the M4 Convertible at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.

BMW has already announced plans to unveil a special anniversary M model in late June at 2014 Goodwood FoS and it seems the model in question is a 30th anniversary M5, three decades after the M5 E28 made its appearance at the 1984 Amsterdam Auto Show.

Although the M4 Convertible was originally believed to receive a New York debut next month, now it seems BMW will show the model at Goodwood in June while sales are expected to commence in the second half of the year.

Other models to be displayed include the 2014 M3 Sedan, M4 Coupe, i8 as well as the new MINI and the JCW concept.
