Zenvo Automotive has brought to this year's Geneva Motor Show the production-ready ST1, following an announcement made about three weeks ago.

After a rather disastrous appearance on a recent Top Gear episode, Zenvo is trying to convince us the ST1 – which was firstly unveiled in 2008 - is a reliable vehicle to purchase and it's now being showcased at the Swiss auto show. It wears a very aggressive angular body and has received 19-inch front / 20-inch rear wheels wrapped around in Michelin Super Sport tires.

The interior cabin sends a bit of a 90s vibe but it does come with notable goodies such as electronically-adjustable racing seats, flat-bottomed steering wheel, carbon fiber trim, GPS navigation, along with a Bose audio system, dual-zone climate control system and a head-up display.

Most importantly, power comes from a massive V8 6.8-liter supercharged and turbocharged engine delivering 1,104 HP (812 kW) and 1,054 lb-ft (1,430 Nm) of torque transferred to the wheels via a paddle-shift 7-speed gearbox. Tipping the scales at 3,505 lbs (1,590 kg), the Zenvo ST1 needs 3 seconds until 62 mph (100 km/h) and will keep on accelerating until the electronic speed limiter will kick in at 233 mph (375 km/h).

We checked the company's website and they listed a starting price of 660,000 GBP (about 1.1M USD / 803,000 EUR). Also on their website they say Top Gear tested the car on a damp tarmac and managed to do the 0-62 mph run in 2.69 seconds but footage with the run was not included in the episode. Zenvo says Top Gear also made the mistake of saying the car costs 800,000 GBP.
