The North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year jury has announced this year's winners on the eve of the 2014 NAIAS.

The North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year jury has announced this year's winners on the eve of the 2014 NAIAS.

At the beginning of December the NACTOY jury announced the Cadillac CTS, Mazda and the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray as finalists for the 2014 title and today in Detroit the 48 automotive journalists declared the C7 as the big winner.

In the truck/utility category, the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado managed to take the win ahead of the other two finalists, the Jeep Cherokee and the Acura MDX.
