The Ram 1500 Mossy Oak Edition has returned for the 2014 model year after a one year pause.

Designed primarily for hunters, campers and fishers, the vehicle is based on the Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab Outdoorsman and can be had with a choice of three exterior paints: Prairie Pearl (pictured), Black Gold and Black. Regardless of the chosen paint, all cars will feature a mossy oak camouflage on the lower edges of the body and in the cargo bed's upper edge.

The 2011MY and 2012MY weren't available with the RamBox system but that has changed for the 2014 model year, while inside the cabin there is more camo on the door panels and center stack. Ram has embroidered the headrests with the Mossy Oak logo and is offering the car with two colors for the cloth seats. A more expensive choice is the Katzkin leather which has an Espresso Tuscany look and the Mossy Oak logo embroidered into the seatbacks.

The 2014 Ram 1500 Mossy Oak Edition will be showcased at NAIAS in Detroit next week as well as at the Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show in Las Vegas. It will arrive in dealerships early this year at a starting price of 39,985 USD, without the 1,195 USD destination charge.
