Mercedes-Benz has released a teaser photo for the V-Class which will be revealed in full on January 30, ahead of a public debut programmed for March at the Geneva Motor Show.

We have already seen the interior cabin of the Viano-replacing V-Class and now Mercedes-Benz is providing a first glimpse of the car's exterior design. Based on what we know so far, the more passenger-oriented V-Class will fill in the gap left by the unsuccessful R-Class and will be commercialized within the firm's passenger car showrooms.

Rumors are suggesting the 2014 V-Class will be offered with a 4-cylinder, 2.1-liter diesel engine available with 136 HP (100 kW), 170 HP (125 kW) and 190 HP (139 kW) working together with a 7- or 8-speed automatic transmission and an optional AWD arrangement.
