The latest product from Maranello comes with Ferrari's most powerful V8 engine ever and we already had the pleasure of hearing it roar a couple of months ago at the Fiorano track. The car is back in an on-board video with the firm's test driver Raffaele De Simone who provides a few juicy details about the hotter 458.

The 1,290 kg (2,843 lbs) vehicle debuted at IAA in Frankfurt with a 4.5-liter V8 engine unleashing 605 HP (445 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. It's 1.5s quicker around the Fiorano track than the 458 Italia as it can do a lap in 1 minute and 23.5 seconds. It will perform the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 3 seconds and 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) in just 9.1 seconds.
