Caterham has revealed its motorcycle division which will initially comprise three models: Classic E-Bike, Carbon E-Bike and Brutus 750.

Caterham Bikes has been inaugurated today at the International Motorcycle Exhibition in Milan where the company is exhibiting a three-product range "priced affordably" which will go on sale next spring.

The first one to hit the market will be the Brutus 750 characterized as being the "SUV of motorcycles". It can be operated not only as a street bike, but also for off-road purposes and even as a snowmobile following a conversion process which takes less than four hours. Caterham Bikes says the Brutus 750 is the "first motorcycle with an automatic transmission and the first ever two-wheel SUV."

Next up is the electric Carbon E-Bike which adopts an F1-inspired styling and could spawn a limited-run version featuring F1 input and materials.

The Classic E-Bike is another electric bike but with a retro design approach which can provide a range between 40 km (25 miles) to 80 km (50 miles). According to Caterham Bikes, driving this model will not require a license in EU.
