The North American International Auto Show has announced there will be at least 18 global debuts at next year's show which kicks off on January 13th in Detroit.

The organizers declined to go into specifics but confirmed we will see global debuts from Acura, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Cadillac, Chrysler, Ford, GMC, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Mercedes, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. The show also said we can expect the models to cover virtually every segment including "concepts, luxury, sports/performance, crossovers, trucks, SUVs and alternative fuel technologies."

The automakers have been relatively coy about their plans - as they're focusing on SEMA and the Los Angeles Auto Show - but rumored debuts include the BMW M3 / M4, the Ford Mustang and the Lexus RC-F.
