Last month at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany we saw a concept of the S-Class Coupe which announces next year's CL-Class-replacing model. The car will also spawn an AMG derivative which can be seen in these spy pics. For the moment we know it will available in the S63 guise as the more powerful V12-engined S65 will be reserved only for the sedan.

As you would expect, the S63 AMG Coupe will have the same V8 5.5-liter twin-turbo engine as its sedan counterpart, a motor producing 585 bhp (436 kW) which should grant the high-performance coupe with a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in around four seconds before hitting an electronically-capped speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
