The latest clip focuses on the assembly of the car which takes about a week despite being similar to a "very sophisticated jigsaw puzzle."
The company makes a total five different chassis' - two for race cars, two for testing cars and one for a spare - and each are equipped with thousands of components. To ensure everything is up to racing duty, each component goes through a rigorous testing regime that including everything from x-ray scans to ultrasonic testing.
As Chief Engineer Paul Monaghan explained "Each and every part of it is a necessary and vital step to realizing the car. If we took any one of those departments out, then we wouldn't get the cars to the grid."
