At the Extreme Aeroshow in Mexico yesterday, a monster truck lost control and ploughed straight into a crowd of spectators killing eight and injuring more than 70 others. The full horrific incident was caught on camera and can be seen on the attached video.

The seemingly harmless show started when the monster truck leaped over a pile of cars before apparantly losing control and headed into the crowd of people. It has to be noted, that the crowd were already dangerously to the action.

Witnesses at the scene have said they saw the driver hit his head and noticed his helmet fly off. He was however arrested at the scene and could very well face some serious charges. Authorities are also investigating the possibility that a mechanical error occurred causing the accelerator pedal to stick down.

The Extreme Aeroshow was in its second of a three day run and has now been cancelled.
