Kia has launched a new range-topping version of the Carens in United Kingdom.
The seven-seat Carens went on sale in Britain this May and now has received a new flagship variant based on the previous high-spec "3" trim level. The new specification brings a seven-inch touchscreen satellite navigation system which includes European mapping and Traffic Management Channel (TMC). In addition, the Asian MPV has received a better sound system with seven speakers, an eight-channel external amplifier, subwoofer and support for iPod, AUX and USB.
3 Sat Nav is available only with a 1.7-liter CRDi engine developing 134 bhp (100 kW) sent to wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox. Standard equipment includes six airbags, dual-zone climate control, leather seats, full length panoramic sunroof and three-point seatbelts for all seats.
Pricing kicks off at 24,845 GBP while metallic paint is an additional 495 GBP.
