Set to go on sale on Halloween (October 31st), the entry-level model comes nicely equipped with alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights and a LaneWatch blind spot monitor. The sedan also has dual-zone automatic climate control, a rearview camera and a 160-watt AM/FM/CD audio system with Bluetooth/USB/iPod connectivity.

Moving up to the $31,905 EX-L variant adds heated leather front seats, a power moonroof and a HondaLink connectivity system. There's also Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW) systems.

Lastly, the range-topping Touring variant starts at $34,905 and includes all the aforementioned equipment as well as GPS navigation, Adaptive Cruise Control and LED headlights with "blue tinted chrome bezels."

Regardless of which model is selected, all are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder Atkinson-cycle engine which is backed up by a 166 bhp (124 kW) electric motor. This setup enables the model to return 50 mpg city / 45 mpg highway / 47 mpg combined (US).
