The next generation of the Kia Sorento has been grabbed on camera for the very first time by our spy photographers.

[correction] We've just been informed the attached spy photos do not depict the next-gen Sorento. It seems to be the 2015 Borrego / Mohave which won't be available in Europe.

The next generation of the Kia Sorento has been grabbed on camera for the very first time by our spy photographers.

The current model received a significant facelift last year and will probably be replaced sometime in 2015 when the all-new model will reach dealerships. Seen in these pics is a fully camouflaged prototype conducting preliminary testing in Germany, and according to our sources the dimensions of the car are virtually identical to those of the current model.

Details are extremely limited at the moment but we expect more power from the 2.4-liter GDI and V6 3.3-liter GDI engines, along with a hybrid version which could be available from day one.
