The Comet R is far from being a looker but its main purpose is to go fast on all types of roads rather than winning design awards. Power comes from a Kawasaki ZZR1400-sourced engine producing 200 bhp (149 kW) sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed gearbox featuring a sequential gear shifter installed to the side of the steering wheel.

This hardware setup enables the 475 kg (1,047 lbs) vehicle to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds before topping out at more than 120 mph (193 km/h). As far as dimensions are concerned, the Comet R is 2600mm long, 1820mm wide and 1350mm tall.

As standard, the Rage Comet R is road-legal and can be converted to off-road motocross in just 15 minutes using an optional kit that includes different alloy wheels, off-road tires and longer shock absorber springs.

The Italdesign Giugiaro Parcour Concept follows somewhat the same philosophy but wrapped around in an entierly different and larger package powered by a Gallardo-sourced V10 5.2-liter.
