Photos depicting a new Holden Monaro have surfaced the Internet, but chances of seeing this car going into production are slim.

There was a secret project at Holden to envision a two-door coupe version of the recently updated VF Commodore. Holden's designers Peter Hughes and Simon Gow were part of this project and they collaborated with design company Dsine International to create this appealing silhouette.

Don't get your hopes up too high as the car will probably never see the light of day in production form due to high costs of engineering and developing what would be a niche model. In addition, General Motors already produces a similar car, the Chevrolet Camaro, so a new Monaro probably won't be popular in United States.
