Today we bring yet another batch of spy photos with the Mercedes-Benz GLA 45 AMG ahead of what will be a late 2013 / early 2014 arrival.

Earlier this month, Mercedes-Benz unveiled the regular GLA compact crossover which in a few months will receive a more powerful AMG version. It will probably have the same engine as the A45 AMG hatchback and CLA 45 AMG sedan, a turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.0-liter outputting 360 HP (265 kW) and a maximum torque of 450 Nm (332 lb-ft).

Power will be sent to the 4MATIC all-wheel drive setup with help from a dual-clutch, seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT gearbox. This hardware arrangement should enable the GLA 45 AMG reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in approximately 5 seconds before hitting an electronically-capped top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
