Chevrolet has announced plans to introduce the 2014 Camaro Convertible at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Like the coupe, the facelifted convertible is distinguished by modified bumpers, a revised grille and new head- and tail lights. The model also has a new MyLink infotainment system with a seven-inch touchscreen display and Bluetooth/ USB/AUX connectivity.

In Europe, the Camaro will be powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine that develops up to 432 HP (318 kW) and 569 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the coupe to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.2 seconds, while the convertible accomplishes the same task in 5.4 seconds.

The 2014 Camaro will go on sale later this year and German pricing starts at €39,990 for the coupe and €44,990 for the convertible.
