SRT has released pricing information for the 2014 Viper which comes with a price increase of 1,919 USD.

For the new model year SRT has decided to increase the Viper's starting price to 101,309 USD, including the destination fee but without the 2,600 gas guzzler tax. The GTS version remains the same at 122,390 USD, while pricing of the Time Attack variant has not been disclosed yet but it will probably be slotted between the base model and the GTS.

SRT motivates this price increase by offering a generous standard equipment list including a backup camera, navigation, HD radio, 12-speakers Harman Kardon audio system with two subwoofers and Uconnect infotainment. There's also an optional 18-speaker sound system priced at 1,995 USD which makes it 1,000 USD cheaper than it was for 2013 model year.

Powering the 2014 Viper is the same V10 8.4-liter delivering 640 bhp (477 kW) and 814 Nm (600 lb-ft) of torque. Output is sent to rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox which enables the car to perform the 0-60 mph (0-100 km/h) in the "low 3-second range" before hitting a top speed of 206 mph (331 km/h).
