Spyker has announced plans to stage the global debut of the B6 Venator Spyder concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on August 16th.

The company didn't have much to say about the model but our press invitation included a small teaser image of the upcoming sports car. There isn't much to see but it suggests the model will have sporty styling that echoes the coupe which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year.

Like the coupe, the Spyder will likely feature a carbon fiber body, a lightweight aluminum chassis and a mid-mounted V6 engine that develops more than 375 HP (276 kW).

There's no word on production plans but the B6 Venator Coupe is slated to go on sale in Asia, Europe, India and the Middle East early next year. It will eventually arrive in the United States in the fall of 2014 and cost approximately $150,000.
