The prototype was caught testing on the Nürburgring showing cues from both the 4S and Turbo versions of the latest 911. While there aren't any side air intakes, the rear bumper is wearing some camo on the Turbo-like air intakes.

It also seems to have long quad exhausts and a modified cooling system between the rear spoiler and rear window. We also notice some revisions to the aerodynamics below the front lip and around the wheel arches.

If we were to make an assumption, Porsche is planning a new 911 derivative which will be slotted in terms of power above the 4S (400 bhp) and below the Turbo (513 bhp) version. It's not known at this moment how this new model will be positioned in relation to the GT3 and the upcoming GT3 RS.
