Ram has announced the 1500 Black Express which adopts a sinister black theme to create the "baddest-looking factory-built truck on the market."

It can be distinguished by its black 20-inch alloy wheels, front grille, front bumper and also blackened front fascia with fog lamps. The same treatment was applied to front and rear badges, while the side ones were removed. More importantly, the model comes as standard with bi-function halogen projector lamps with LED DRLs which are available only on this version.

It's available in two- or four-wheel drive versions in regular cab, quad cab or crew cab body styles, with power coming from the familiar HEMI V8 5.7-liter engine delivering 395 bhp (294 kW) and 410 lb-ft (555 Nm) of torque.

The vehicle is packed with a lot of goodies such as five-inch touchscreen with six speakers, tinted-glass windows, air conditioning, 12-volt auxiliary power outlet, automatic headlamps, power accessory delay, rear dome lamp, along with power windows and locks.

Arriving in dealerships later this month, the 2013 Ram 1500 Black Express has a starting price of 26,955 USD (excluding a 1,095 USD destination charge).
