Vauxhall Astra is Top Gear's new resonably priced car

It seems Top Gear’s new reasonably priced car for series 20 is the Vauxhall Astra.

From 2002 to 2005 Top Gear's reasonably priced car was the Suzuki Liana, followed from 2006 to 2010 by the Chevrolet Lacetti. It was then replaced by the Kia cee'd which now has been retired to make room for the Vauxhall Astra. At least that's what a says after taking a few photos during the filming of the first series 20 episode which will air on Sunday.

It appears as if James May's passion for the Dacia Sandero wasn't strong enough for the Romanian hatchback to become Top Gear's new reasonably priced car. Maybe next time.

Some details about the first episode can be found at the source link below.
