The Jaguar F-Type Coupe has been spied stretching its legs on the Nürburgring.

Previewed by the C-X16 concept, the coupe follows in the footsteps of the roadster but adopts a stylish roof which gives the model a sensuous appearance.

Engine options will carryover so expect choices to include a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 with 340 HP (250 kW), a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 with 380 HP (279 kW) and a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 with 495 HP (364 kW). The company could also offer an entry-level variant with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 240 HP (177 kW) and 340 Nm (251 lb-ft) of torque.

The Jaguar F-Type Coupe could be introduced at Frankfurt Motor Show and sales will likely begin sometime next year.
