Aston Martin has unveiled the Vanquish Volante after a numerous string of spy shots.

It takes the V12 6.0-liter engine from the coupe with 573 HP (421 kW) at 6,750 rpm and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) at 5,500 rpm, resulting in a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph (294 km/h).

The Vanquish Volante is Aston Martin's first ever Volante model to come with a carbon fiber body which enables the convertible to tip the scales at 1,844 kg (4,065 lbs), making it only 9 kg (19,8 lbs) heavier than its fixed roof counterpart. Speaking of the roof, the triple-skin lightweight fabric roof needs just 14 seconds to fold.

With the exception of the roof, the Vanquish Volante mirrors the exterior design of the coupe and it also borrows the interior cabin layout. Also taken from the regular Vanquish is the Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to the rear wheels.

The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante is priced at 199,995 GBP in United Kingdom, while in Germany it costs 264,995 EUR. U.S. customers can order the car if they are willing to pay at least 297,995 USD. It's also available in Dubai from 323,974 USD. Deliveries will commence before the end of the year in UK and Continental Europe.
