Mosler Automotive and Rossion have merged into a single entity which will be known as Rossion from now on.

Warren Mosler founded Mosler Automotive back in 1985 but now it has been confirmed a private entity called RP High Performance has bought the assets of Mosler. The same entity owns yet another American supercar marque, Rossion, which is mostly known for the Noble M400-based Q1 from 2009. Rossion was created by 1G Racing which is the Noble distributor in United States.

As a result of this merger, the Mosler moniker will disappear as the newly established entity will carry the Rossion name and will be managed by Ian Grunes. Expect to see several new Rossion models featuring Mosler's tech with four-, six- and eight-cylinder engines.
