The sleek BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupe has made its debut last weekend at 2013 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este.

Hinting most likely at an 8-Series reboot, the one-off is a luxurious and powerful two-door coupe developed in collaboration with Pininfarina. It comes with BMW's typical "shark nose", LED headlights and a prominent front grille. It boasts an elegant sloping roofline and packs front fender vents, while at the back it was fitted with slender taillights.

The Gran Lusso Coupe sits on bespoke 21-inch alloys and has a lavish interior cabin sporting Tobacco Brown leather upholstery, kauri wood trim, black chrome accents and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. Other noticeable features include LED ambient lightning, sport steering wheel and a virgin Italian wool headliner with a "Principe di Galles" pattern.

Underneath the long hood is a V12 engine of unknown output, but most likely it's the 6.0-liter from the 760Li with 544 HP (400 kW).
