Don't get your hopes up too high as Volvo isn't pulling a 6x6 G63 AMG like Mercedes-Benz did since this is just an in-house camera car. Wearing a matte black paint, the custom XC60 has lost the roof behind the second row and has received an extended bed that comes with lots of storage spaces for camera gear, along with a non-slip deck.

The three-axle Volvo XC60 has several sockets for camera equipment behind the rear seat cab, while the front headrests sport twin seven-inch monitors which are capable of displaying live feed from the camera.

Volvo says this special XC60 has been added to the firm's fleet a few weeks ago as a replacement for an aging V70.
