Volkswagen has officially unveiled the Golf GTI Cabrio Austria concept at Wörthersee 2013.
Created by thirteen apprentices, the one-off model has an Oryx White exterior with Flash Red stripes and numerous red accents. The car is also equipped with a front spoiler, a revised rear apron and 19-inch alloy wheels.
Moving on to the cabin, drivers will find tri-color Recaro sport seats, red trim and a 2,250 watt audio system. Other highlights include a flat-bottom steering wheel, stainless steel pedals and distinctive air vents with red accents.
Detailed performance specifications were not released, but Volkswagen says the turbocharged 2.0-liter engine develops 333 HP (245 kW). The company also said the car features a stainless steel sports exhaust system, a strut tower brace and Brembo brakes.
