Monster Sport has unveiled their Toyota Super 86 that will compete in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

Set to be driven by none other than Nobuhiro ‘Monster’ Tajima himself, the Super 86 will compete in the Unlimited Class and battle the Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak which will be piloted by Sébastien Loeb.

Detailed specifications haven't been released, but the car has steel space frame and a carbon / Kevlar composite body. Power will be provided by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine that develops 670 HP (493 kW) and 809 Nm (597 lb-ft) of torque. It will be connected to a six-speed sequential transmission which should enable the 1080 kg (2380 lb) race car to rocket up the mountain.
