Lamborghini has officially unveiled the Aventador LP 720-4 50° Anniversario at the Shanghai Motor Show.

Designed to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary, the special edition has a two-tone exterior with exclusive Giallo Maggio paint that is contrasted by matte black trim and gloss black wheels. The car also has a new front splitter, a massive diffuser and a ventilated rear fascia for improved engine cooling.

The two-tone cabin comes nicely equipped with semi-aniline leather seats and a 50th anniversary emblem that is constructed from the company's Forged Composite carbon fiber material.

Power is provided by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that develops 720 HP (529 kW). It is connected to an ISR transmission which enables the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).

Production will be limited to 100 units but there's no word on pricing.
