The open-top version of the Vanquish will receive a retractable fabric top which is stowed between the passenger compartment and the boot area. Other than that, the convertible will be virtually identical to the coupe.

As a consequence, expect a V12 6.0-liter engine producing 573 HP (421 kW) and 457 lb-ft (620 Nm) of torque. Power will be transferred to wheels through a 6-speed automatic Touchtronic 2 transmission. Most likely it will be a bit slower than the coupe which reaches 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph (295 km/h).

Chances are we'll get to see the new Vanquish Volante at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
