Ford is preparing to send e-mails to future buyers containing what they call "video snacks" about the vehicle's features.

The Blue Oval company is using this new term for instructional videos which will help future owners understand the car's features. Some of the tech referred to in these clips includes remote start, blind spot mirrors and MyKey. Video snacks are being described as "a blend of video and animation with a little bit of narration."

Clients will have the possibility of selecting the videos they would like to receive, meaning the salesperson will know exactly which of the features the clients have already learned about. This is Ford's way of cutting down time spent by the client at dealerships which lately has been increasing due to the new tech implemented.
