Recently previewed by the Technospace concept, the production model has a distinctive front fascia with a slender grille and high-mounted LED daytime running lights. We can also see chrome trim, blacked-out C-pillars and a unique beltline.
The exterior styling won't win everyone over, but the cabin is nicely equipped with high quality materials and a pleasing design. Notable highlights include two-tone leather upholstery, wood trim and metallic accents. There's also a center-mounted instrument cluster that resides above an infotainment system which is flanked by attractive switchgear.
As we have previously reported, the C4 Picasso will ride on the company's new Efficient Modular Platform 2 (EMP2). This should enable the model to weigh approximately 154 lbs (70 kg) less than its predecessor.
Engine options remain unconfirmed but likely candidates include the HDi 110, HDi 150, VTi 120 and THP 155.
