Vencer is teasing the production version of the Sarthe, following the unveiling of a concept last year.

Scheduled for a public release next month at Top Marques Monaco, the 2013 Sarthe is powered by a mid-mounted V8 engine generating 510 HP (375 kW) and 480 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque. Power is sent to rear wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox and a limited slip differential. It tips the scales at 3,065 lbs (1,390 kg) and needs 3.8 seconds until 62 mph (100 km/h), on its way to a top speed of 202 mph (326 km/h).

Vencer mentions its design has been significantly altered in comparison to last year's concept. The hand-built, two-seater has a hybrid space frame chassis and an aluminum honeycomb structure, while the body panels are manufactured from carbon. Inside it gets leather sport seats and a wide LCD screen installed in the center of the dashboard for all the relevant info. Other features include central locking, electric windows, climate control system and an alarm.
