Honda has revealed a design sketch with a Civic Wagon concept which will premiere next month in Geneva.
The Japanese carmaker says this concept "strongly hints at the design direction of the final production version" and will be manufactured at the firm's factory in Swindon. Most likely the production-ready model will come out before the end of the year, with sales commencing in early 2014.
The design sketch reveals the wagon is likely to retain the hidden rear door handle of the hatchback, while the back of the car shows a few similarities with the bigger Accord Tourer. It will borrow the engines from the hatchback, including the recently launched 1.6-liter i-DTEC diesel.
Also in Geneva, Honda will showcase the updated NSX Concept and the CR-V fitted with the aforementioned diesel.
