Tata has unveiled the Vista D90 Xtreme Concept earlier this week at the Buddh International Circuit.

With this concept, the Indian automaker is hinting at a rival for cars such as the Volkswagen Cross Polo, Skoda Fabia Scout and the Honda Fit Twist. The vehicle's suspension is 25mm higher and at the back it comes with retuned dampers.

It has also received black side skirts, 16-inch alloys, flared wheel arches, chin spoiler and side air vents. Inside it has black leather seats with yellow stitching, navigation system, while the pedals and gear knob are aluminum.

Tata says the concept boasts a Fiat-derived 1.3-liter 105 HP (77 kW) diesel engine equipped with a "Power Boost Module", but no other details are known about this technology. A production version could be out sometime this year.
