MINI has announced the launch of the Clubman Bond Street which will be introduced this March at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

Carrying the name of the most exclusive shopping street in London, this new special edition of the Clubman is wearing a Midnight Black metallic paint with a Cool Champagne hue for the exterior mirror caps, roof, hood stripes and lower sections of the C-pillars. It rides on a set of 17-inch twin-spoke black alloy wheels and comes with Bond Street badging.

The interior continues the black/champagne theme, with carbon black "lounge leather" seats featuring deep champagne piping and stitching. The instrument panel is covered in black/carbon black leather, while additional deep champagne accents adorn the cabin.

Depending on the market, the MINI Clubman Bond Street will be sold in one of the four variants: 122 HP (90 kW) for the Cooper Clubman, 112 HP (82 kW) for Cooper D Clubman, along with 184 HP (135 kW) in the Cooper S Clubman and 143 HP (105 kW) for the Cooper SD Clubman. As standard, all engines are connected to a 6-speed manual, while an optional 6-speed automatic transmission is available.

This version is a follow-up for two other special editions named after areas of London: Green Park and Hyde Park. It will go on sale globally shortly after its Geneva debut.
