Chevrolet has released a new teaser video for the 2014 Corvette.

Dubbed "Creation," the latest clip gives us a glimpse at the how the car will be built. There isn't much to see, but Chevrolet says the Corvette will use a "revolutionary new engineering process" that will ensure the model is "light, stiff and strong."

As we have previously reported, the 2014 Corvette will be powered by a new small block V8 engine that displaces 6.2-liters. It will come equipped with direct injection, continuously variable valve timing, a "Runners in a Box" intake manifold and a variable-displacement oil pump. This will enable the mill to produce approximately 450 bhp (336 kW) and 450 lb-ft (609 Nm) of torque, which should enable the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than four seconds.

The Corvette will be unveiled on January 13th, before debuting at the North American International Auto Show.
