Hyundai teamed up with John Pangilinan for a custom Veloster concept which is being showcased this week at SEMA.

Hyundai and John Pangilinan have introduced in SEMA this week the JP Edition Veloster Concept.

Wearing a Mint Green exterior finish by BASF, this custom Veloster is powered by the direct-injected 1.6-liter engine found in the stock version but with an ARK Performance exhaust. The suspension features KW coilovers, Whiteline sway bars, anti-lift caster kit and end links, while ARK Performance provided the lowering springs. It rides on a new set of 19-inch wheels with 265/30 R19 Toyo tires.

Inside it has Recaro Cross Sportster CS seats, new upholstery by Infinite Auto Design and Takata harnesses. The audio system has also been improved as this Veloster features an Alpine Electronics System by BP Auto Sound with two 12-inch subwoofers, six 1/2-inch component speakers, six 1/2-inch coaxial speakers and two mono amplifiers.

Full details about these modifications can be found in the attached press release.
