The 2013 Lexus LS has reached UK territory and it will be available starting from 71,995 pounds for the LS 460 Luxury model, followed by the LS 460 F Sport at 74,495 pounds and the flagship LS 600h L Premier that costs 99,495 pounds.
The first two are powered by a 4.6-liter V8 engine with 382 hp (285 kW) Dual VVT-i gasoline engine. The Luxury version rides on 18-inch alloys and comes with LED DRLs, automatic bi-xenon headlights, four-zone climate control, electrically adjustable front seats and leather upholstery.
The F SPORT model comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, Brembo brakes, a Torsen limited slip differential, a lateral damping system and various suspension tweaks. It also has a more aggressive body kit, aluminum pedals, dark cabin finish and perforated leather for the steering wheel and seats.
As for the LS 600h L Premier, this has a Hybrid Drive powertrain includes a V8 5.0-liter engine with 438 hp (327 kW). One of the interesting features of this model is the “climate concierge” that utilizes infrared sensors for monitoring the facial temperature of each passenger. With the gathered info, it then automatically adjusts the four zone climate control, the heated steering wheel and the seat heaters/coolers in order to provide the best ambient temperature.
