Lamborghini will unveil the LP570-4 Superleggera Edizione Technica tomorrow at the Paris Motor Show.

After a teaser released by Lamborghini, we now have the first photo of the new Gallardo. The latest special edition is known as the LP570-4 Superleggera Edizione Technica and this first photo was taken by at Lamborghini’s stand in Paris.

While many of you were waiting for the Gallardo’s successor, this is the same old model with the V10 5.2-liter tuned to output 570 hp (425 kW) at 8,700 rpm. Power will be sent to all four wheels, while the curb weight is expected to be lower than the standard model.

The power unit is mated to a 6-speed automatic robotized e-gear, while the stopping power is provided by the carbon ceramic brakes. We don’t know the performance figures but these should be in the same ballpark as the standard Superlegerra LP570-4 so expect a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 202 mph (325 km/h).

Official details will be available tomorrow.
