Abarth has announced a new version of the 695 that will be presented in Paris at the end of Septmeber. The Fuori Serie promises to bring a high level of customization as the customer will have the possibility of talking with Abarth’s engineers, mechanics and designers to figure out even the smallest details.
This special edition will be powered by a 4-cylinder 1.4-liter engine that produces 180 HP (132 kW) at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 184 lb-ft (250 Nm) in sport mode. This power unit will be mated to an Abarth Competizione electrically-operated manual gearbox with steering wheel-mounted controls. It can perform the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in less than 7 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 140 mph (225 km/h).
It has a MacPherson independent front suspension and a torsion beam rear suspension, while the stopping power is provided by the Brembo brakes. The Abarth 695 Fuori Serie is fitted with 17-inch alloys with 205/40 R17 tires.
