Nissan has announced this week that the 2013 Rogue has a MSRP of $22,310 for the entry-level model. Regardless of the version chosen, the crossover is powered by a 4-cylinder, 2.5-liter engine with 170 hp (126 kW / 172 PS) linked to an Xtronic CVT. Available with either a front-wheel drive or the Intuitive All-Wheel Drive, the refreshed Rogue is offered in two trim levels (S, SV) and with a choice of three option packages (Special Edition, Premium Edition and SL Package).
The first package is available for the Rogue S and brings several convenience and technology features for $1,200, which represents a savings of $1,500 over the cost of the items if bought separately. The Premium Edition package is available for the Rogue SV and brings a 7-speaker Bose audio system with subwoofer, along with front fog lights, power sliding moonroof, automatic temperature control, auto on/off headlights and other goodies. This package will set you back $2,550. The SL Package includes the Around View Monitor system that consists of four cameras that can create a virtual 360-degree overhead view of the Rogue and its surroundings during parking.
