Roush Performance has teamed up with Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes to create this Stage 3 Mustang Premier Edition.
Roush Performance has teamed up with Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes to create this Stage 3 Mustang Premier Edition that will be manufactured in only 25 units. It is offered with 12 main body color finishes, five bespoke ones and seven that are already available on the 2012 model. The new ones are Launch it Lemon, V8 Red, Cabernet, Punch it Purple and Iridescence.
This 2013 Ford Mustang GT is wearing a Roush R6 Aerobody Kit that brings a new look for the front with that high flow grille and the very low front grille opening. Also new are the driving lamps with pockets and the different front fascia chin splitters. Other changes include the rocker panel side splitters, rear diffuser design and the rear aero valance.
The vehicle is fitted with the Stage 3 boost of the V8 5.0-liter engine with the company’s R2300 TVS supercharger that lifts the horsepower figure to 565 hp (421 kW / 572 PS) while the peak torque is 505 lb-ft (684 Nm). If this isn’t enough, Roush Performance can offer an additional upgrade that increases the power of the engine to 625 hp (466 kW / 633 PS) and 525 lb-ft (711 Nm) of torque.
It rides on 20-inch wheels that can have either a hyper black or a chrome finish, while the stopping power comes from the 4-piston brakes with red / black calipers and 14-inch rotors. Customers can also order the optional 6-piston brakes, a trunk-mounted tool kit, convertible light bar or the quarter window louvers.
