Jeep has announced plans to offer three new special editions in Europe.
First up, the Grand Cherokee S Limited was previewed by a concept at the Geneva Motor Show. It features a mesh grille, platinum chrome accents and tinted headlights. There's also a black chrome dual exhaust system and 20-inch alloy wheels.
The cabin is nicely equipped with Nappa leather / suede seats, carbon fiber trim and "racing style" pedals. Other highlights include a panoramic sunroof, a UConnect infotainment system and an 825-watt Harman Kardon audio system.
Power comes from a 3.0-liter V6 CRD engine that develops 190 PS (140 kW / 187 hp) and 440 Nm (324 lb-ft) of torque or 241 PS (177 kW / 238 hp) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque.
The Wrangler Mountain arrives in June and will be available in two- and four-door body styles. It is distinguished by a Mineral Gray grille, a black hood decal and 17-inch alloy wheels. There's also Mopar side steps and a black fuel-filler door.
Interior changes are limited but include embroidered seats, rubberized grab handles and heavy-duty slush mats.
Engine options include a 200 PS (147 kW / 197 hp) 2.8-liter turbodiesel and a 284 PS (209 kW / 280 hp) 3.6-liter V6 petrol.
Lastly, the Compass Black is the production version of the similarly named Geneva concept. It arrives in August with tinted headlights, gloss black accents and 18-inch aluminum wheels.
The cabin remains virtually untouched, but features a Boston Acoustics audio system and a UConnect infotainment system.
Power comes from a 2.2-liter turbodiesel engine with 163 PS (120 kW / 161 hp) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque.
